Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

These potatoes are so tasty, you don't need gravy!

2 lbs cubed red potatoes
1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp wasabi paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Boil potatoes 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes. Mash to desired consistency.
